CALL FOR THE UNIVERSITY OF BONN (UoB) TO UPHOLD ITS ETHICAL RESPONSIBILITY AND END COMPLICITY IN VIOLATION OF INTERNATIONAL LAW
The Hebrew University of Jerusalem (HUJ) is violating international law by having campus facilities established on illegally annexed land in East Jerusalem.
HUJ has a close partnership with the Israeli government, military and intelligence services who have all been accused of committing war crimes and violating international law.
The University of Bonn (UoB) has a strategic partnership with HUJ that may violate international law. Students and researchers from UoB have lived in and visited illegal settlements during their exchange and research programs with HUJ, and in excursions.
The policies and practices of HUJ are in contradiction with UoB’s commitments to respect international law and academic freedom.
Sign the petition below to call on the University of Bonn to investigate these violations and to temporarily suspend the cooperation!
